Yes, Build PRO 360 in a general contractor for building new homes on your land or you can choose from one of our properties to build on.

Why does Build PRO 360 have 4 divisions?

As our business and our reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction grew, so did our project load. Roofing, windows, and cabinets became such a large and important part of our business that we began creating internal divisions to handle the work load, and give us greater control of the quality, while at the same time providing our customers with a better value.

Do I need to have my own blueprints for new home construction by Build PRO 360?

At Build PRO 360 we can work from your blueprints, you can choose from and even modify our existing blueprints and floor plans, or our architect can create the house plans of your dream home for you.

Do we need to have our new build home financing secured before working with you?

No, we have banking relationships to assist you in getting custom home build financing. Of course, you are always welcomed to secure your own construction loan financing if you prefer.

You say that you are custom home builders near me, what is your service area?

While most of our custom homes are built in the Central Ohio area, we do take on new home building projects throughout Ohio.
